​​​​​The Friends of the Franklin County Library provide all the supplies and materials needed by the Children's Summer Reading Program each year. They also fund any and all enrichment programs, presentations, events and activities that the library has through out the year. We really appreciate everyone's support in helping us fund these events.  Without you we couldn't do it.
